Refund policy
Returns
We operate a limited return policy. Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Any return request made after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, partially consumed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
To initiate a return request, you must contact us at support@waldkern.com within the allowed return window.
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and not refunded.
We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny any return request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@waldkern.com, including clear photo or video evidence.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately once the return process is completed.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs, handling fees, or restocking fees, where permitted by law.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the parcel are not eligible for a refund.
Final Authority
All return, refund, and damage claims are subject to our final decision.
